Thermomix TM31

I thought it would be useful to list the equipment I use for all of my cooking
For the most part, I use my thermomix, and, if you have never heard of that, have a look here and here.
But I have to say, it is a big financial investment, and something I know not everyone can or will be prepared to outlay. From what I understand, there are some great, and not so great appliances on the market that do similar things to the thermomix. Do you research and buy the best quality that you can afford.

Aside from my thermomix, I have a Breville Scraper Mix Pro which I use quite a lot and highly recommend.
Check out the ice cream attachment for it, we love love love it.

Aside from my stove and oven, these are the two appliances that I use all the time. But, really, everything can be done without them, and I will do my best to explain how in my recipes. They do make life easier though, and I think at the very least, you should have a hand held electric beater.
